hii just wondering how do u identify as a tfem girl? Is it harder because ur intersex? or How do you experience transfemininity in an "intersex" way?

Hi, anon,
It’s definitely an experience of my own, but I can’t have a voice for MtF transfem individuals, because I experience it differently and I am AFAB. When I was a child, I struggled to fit into feminine gender norms and therefore I was often told by my mother I looked too much like a boy 😭 So, she would force me to wear earrings after piercing my ears even if it damaged my ears severely. She feminized me, and I also often felt shunned or hated because I couldn’t fit into being the traditional girl at all,
I consider myself transfem not in the traditional sense to say? But I am constantly trying to make myself more feminine to fit these gender stereotypes. There was a point in time I identified as transmasc, and I was awfully dysphoric because of the hyper feminization of my mother to a point I loathed my body. I didn’t at all experience girlhood in a positive way, it was always just exploitive.
So yes, I experience such differently.
